Discuss both view and give your opinion?

Rapidly Increasing of crime rate is a common problem globally. Therefore, some individuals believe that a stable punishment should be applied for every crime. However, some argue that belief, attention, motivation and reason for crime should be sorted out before announcing any imprisonment. This essay will discuss both views before formulating the opinion.
Perhaps the most tangible reason for the fixed punishment is burgeoning of crime rate swiftly. Exploring of violation on daily basis leads to make strong laws to mitigate such activities. Hence, due to absence of strict laws, majority of anti-social aliments commit crime against weaker sections. Thus, if there is a flexible clause will introduce then the crime rate will not intensify because of fear of stable sentencing. Consequently, the numerous people are demanding for such type of laws that are not favour of any hearing from criminal. For instance, some nations in Middle-east has not any provision of any trail which accused can submit any evidence before declaring any result of any verdict.
On the other hand, Individuals who are favour of proper prosecution of offences are demanding for appropriate trails before announcing any decision. Therefore, it is very indispensible for any jury to assume the case by sorting out such aspects like motivation, ground facts of crime, attention and modus operandi. Moreover, sometimes some persons may be victim of such cases just because of not presenting evidence for their acquisition. So as human rights of human being it should be imperative of have fair judgement on the behalf of proper hearing and trails. For example, in INDIA, every crime punishment is being sorted out on the base of evidence provided.
To sum up, no-doubt, some people are very concern about regularly happening of crime. Therefore, the demand for an appropriate rule for every crime has been raised. However, while declaring of any result of case, it would ne imperative to have proper trails and hearing of evidence before formulating final decision. In my view, the causes for committing and flexible judgment procedures of any crime should be classified to reduce the crime rate in society,
