Many people think that all groups in an organization should work as a team which helps an organization to share all the responsibilities and make decisions together, giving rise to effective work. On the contrary, there are some people who feel that one person of the organization should be given the central responsibility and authority so that he/she can manage the whole company in his/her own way. In this particular argument, I would like to agree with the former group of people and would like to refute the latter one. While there are many arguments to be made on both the sides of the argument, I feel that in any organization, all the employees should come together and work as a team.

Firstly, managing the whole company solely and taking the responsibilty and the central authority of the company alone is similar to carrying a heavy sac on the shoulders. Furthermore, giving one person the central authority would be an ineffective method to complete any given task. For instance, one person in an organization cannot be a all-rounder, which means that there are many departments in a company such as sales department, marketing department, design department, accounting department etc. Therefore, one person cannot have knowledge regarding all the departments and having little knowledge or no information of any department can lead to a disaster in the work. Hence, the work should be divided in teams, which helps to make the work not only easier but also productive.

Secodly, many unexpected circumstances arises in an organization. For example, when a person is given the central authority to complete a given task and present it in a meeting. Unfortunately, due to unexpected circumstances like ill-health or accidents, that person could not complete the task. This will result in getting a negative mark to the company and will be seen as inefficient work done by the outsiders. Instead, if that work was carried out as team, and despite one person's ill health, the other team members could easily help in managing and completing the task.

Finally, when the employees work as a team, no hard feeling would arise among the employees as each of them is given his own set of work. There will not be any feelings of jealousy or envy among the employees, which could happen one person would be given the responsibility. Moreover working in a team will make the work atmosphere cool and calm, helping the employees to work efficiently and easily without any stress or tensions.

In conclusion, I would like to urge all the organizations to make their employees work as a team, make decisions together, share their duties and responsilities, so that the company would complete a given task in an effective way without any hard feelings and in a jolly way. While there are many advantages and disadvantages for both the sides of a argument, there are more positive points when a company works as a team, therefore i completely agree with the given argument.
