As people rely more and more on technology to solve problems, the ability of humans to think for themselves will surely deteriorate.

Write a response in which you discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the statement and explain your reasoning for the position you take. In developing and supporting your position, you should consider ways in which the statement might or might not hold true and explain how these considerations shape your position.

I agree with the argument presented as in many situations it appears to be accurate. No doubt, technology plays in our time indispensable role.

It is an essential condition of new mode of life: mankind cannot lead existence without electricity, water supply and other utilities, we cannot dispense with innovation’s assistance: spend time without TV, Internet and other novelties. So as time goes by, people adjust to solve their everyday issues with the help of machinery. All the work is done by household and office equipment, computer hard- and software.

Manual labour and human work without technical devices is morally obsolete. Lads of our time are very clever and inventive to update some devices and improve facilities. However, if we had placed them in ancient conditions, they would have behaved as vulnerable and defenseless rabbits.

To sum up, I agree with well-reasoned burden that our ability to think for ourselves will worsen as we pass the time sharing pleasure and pains with inanimate objects, having less and less time for other living creatures and for our own development as a human being.
