In estimation, the number of online society in the world before 2003 increase steadily, most of people use the internet from USA and Canada, and then followed by European Country.
Internet users rose gradually until 1999 and increase dramatically amount 250 million. After that, they increase slightly until 2002 onwards. On the other hand, the biggest of using internet in the world is America and Canada then followed by Middle East nation and Asia Pacific country.
In contrast, Africa citizen simply reach 1 %. It shows that they have been left among others.
