Does television have a beneficial or a harmful influence on children!?
Throughout history, telecommunication and media have grown quickly so now we have a TV almost in an each family. TV broadcasting plays quite important role in our life because it is one of the easiest ways to get an information about everything. TV channels provide many channels for their watchers where they can look news, entertainment and discovery programs, movies, etc.
On my point view, television has bad effect on kids in compare to other home entertainment devices or things, which they are addicted to. For example, children can face a movie or a program that includes some materials with elements of nude, violent or inappropriate advertisement.
On another point of my view, people usually do not follow the time when they are watching TV programs and eventually miss some everyday deals because they wasted time. As it has shown by some research that people usually prefer to watch a entertainment or comedy channels so they just could not take something useful from that habits.
To summarize, I think that watching TV is waste of time rather than something useful or helpful experience for future activities or purposes in daily life. However, perhaps it could bring some useful information or advice about life if it is based on a science or documental channels.
