In 1990, the town was much greener and had few transportation facilities. However, during 15 years this area experienced a dramatical development and became much more residential town. The most alluring feature is the overwhelming expansion of the railway.
As Templeton became an industrial zone, there was a sharp increase in the number of the population. As a result, most of the private houses situated on the right bank of the river were replaced with apartment buildings. In order to meet the requests of the citizens, there was built an enermous Supermarket in the south-west side of the city. Additionally, a new factory was constructed on the left bank of the river, next to Ferry which was erected for transferring the cars and the citizens by ships.
