Over five years ago, discovered raw material and location strategic in Indonesia, Gresik. This will reduce traffic jam and dangerous effect from construct industry and business what very fast. Although, governments are get advantages from relocated industry and business from big cities to an outside region. In this essay I will discuss several points.
Movement companies and affair from big cities to rural place, will be easier for companies and business to get row materials. After invented location which is rich row materials and strategic location, development factories between companies and raw materials, it will reduce cost operational as companies.
Based on real condition in big cities, always have several problems include traffic jam and dangerous effect causes fast development industries and affair. By supporting from governments to move industries in outside area will reduce bad effects as result of development in big cities. Societies will get positive effects when occur relocated, such as air condition will be cleaner, traffic condition more straight, and free from pollutions.
There are many benefits if governments are encouraging company and business are in outside area. I am believe, government should consider disadvantages when does not relocated industries and business are going out place. Crowded and dangerous effect for environment will continue to be problems. otherwise, governments take policy to support industries and business move in rural zone. It will help companies to growth their business as quickly and avoid stuck and damage environment in big cities.
