I strongly agree with both views.firstly strict punishments needed to reduce traffic violations because people should have fear while driving.They should concentrate only on driving.strict punishments like cancelling licence,putting them in prison and giving blood money to the dead persons family.However other measures like fastening the seat belt as soon as we enter into the car.wearing helmet.following the road signals are part and parcel of life while driving.These are more effective in improving road safety.

Secondly,new generations like to drive very fast without following any traffic rules.In my opinion every nuke and corner we should keep a hidden camera to assess the speed limit and the violations.so that people will atleast obey the rules and fear of driving.

On other hand strict punishments are not only the way to reduce accidents but also to teach them while taking licence,the strict rules and regulations and also the written examination should be there.so that they can atleast remember what they have taught in theory classes and the tests should be strict enough.

In summary both the views and important for the betterment of reducing traffic accidents and my opinion is following safety measures are important while driving.Life is important for everyone and think that some are waiting for you.safety is first.
