The charts provide the changing pattern of certain school yearly budgeting in England in 1981, 1991, and 2001. The school allocated the budgeting to five categories which consisted of insurance, teachers, furniture and equipment; resources and other workers salaries. The allocation was represented as percentages of total budgeting.
Overall, the charts show that the maximum allocation provided by the school for all of the categories during 20 years was 50%.

From 1981 to 1991, the allocation for the teachers increased dramatically 10% while for the insurance and resources were only 1% and 5%. On the other hand, the allocation for furniture and equipment decreased sharply 10% while for other workers salaries was only 6%.

From 1991 to 2001, the allocation for the insurance inclined sharply 5% while for the other workers salaries still declined steadily 7%. However, the allocation for the teachers and resources declined 5% and 11% while for the furniture and equipment inclined dramatically 18%.

In conclusion, the charts represent a sharp increase in the certain UK school budgeting for insurance from 2% to 8% and a dramatic decrease for the other workers from 28% to 5% while the allocation for the others were fluctuated during 20 years from 1981 to 2001
