The rise of technology has contributed strongly to all aspects of life. One of these aspects is education. A new type of digital class room started to replace the traditional class room. This has casted new implications to the way we perceived education in general. An ongoing debate is already in place, between people who argue for technology intervention in education process and people strongly against this.

Some people may argue that introducing computers in classes may necessarily deteriorate the level of communication between students in class. The psychological impact on student is not positive. The ability for students to integrate with the wider society is at risk. Governments should acknowledge this jeopardy and reintroduce the traditional methods of teaching.

One the other hand, computers introduce a sophisticated way for students to be more interactive while in class. The speed and the high ability to recognise a big quantum of information would supersede any human capacity. Furthermore, computers give students the ability to use the internet and surf the web which may enhance their ability to comprehend knowledge and communicate with other people.

In conclusion, both sides of this heated debate have some sound and merits. The use of modern technology has enormous benefits and negative impacts on our behaviour at the same time. However, a good system of management and effective policy may minimise those negative impacts or reduce it to a law level. Unfortunately, using technology in our life has become irreplaceable and we have to learn how to deal with it.
