The table reveals evidence of global sales software regarding the overall time from 2000 to 2003 in the field of games software, DVD/video and CDs.

Overall, the two categories rose gradually in the overall time, while in the case of CDs sales record a slight decrease towards the end of period.

Turning to the detail, by comparison with DVD/video sales, the games software reached almost doubled from 17-to-31 billion dollars. However, DVD/video sold from 2000 t0 2003 similarly increased with slow motion. Appearing with 13 billion dollars, such trend attached 18 billion dollars sales in 2003.

A more closer, at the backward year 2000, the purchase of global CDs was steadily dropped. Although the peak sales occurs in 2000 with 32 billion dollars, this product experience a slowly decreased to 31 billion dollars between 2001 and 2002. Therefore, the lowest CDs sales marked statistically in 2003 with 30 billion dollars.

Interestingly, there are two kinds of movement in these trends. Some show upward sales, and vice versa.
