The given graph provides the information about the three types of UK telephone calls that were used in billion minutes between 1995 and 2002.

As can be seen from graph, local line had been used more often over the period. In 1995 70 billion minutes had been recorded through fixed line while 40 billion and 3 billion minutes were registered through national and international call and mobiles respectively.

Furthermore, the ratio of all three calls were sharply increased.the figure stood at 90 billion by local line in 1999 but the upward trend was overwhelmed by downward trend. the figure was dramatically declined to 20 billion which was less spend as compare to 1999 level. on the contrary, the two other categories ratio were gradually increasing. the telephone calls that recorded from national and international line was peak at 60 billion. whereas the figure of mobiles call was accounted around 3 billion to approximately 50 billion minutes.

Overall, although mobiles calls had been increasing consistently,people of UK preferred local call more often.
