The temperatures from June to October are the highest in the city, which are the only time that the temperatures are higher than zero degree. In June, the temperature saw a dramatic increase from below zero degree to approximately 22 degrees. Then it peaks at about 38 degree in July before it decreases to around 7 degree in October. During the same Period, the number of rainfall keeps declining from 400 in May to 280mm in October.
