The information regarding the evolution of the horse over four hundred thousand decades is depicted by the presented diagram. Overall, it is apparent that there are four main stages which highlight the changing on foot structure.

At the first level, during the first forty million years, the evolution started with the existence of Eohippus, with a short neck and tail and also four-phalanges feet.
