The line chart given, elucidated information on the number of food consumption in China (per gram/person/week) with three different type ( meat, salt, fish) between 1985 – 2010. The y-axis quantified the information in a range 0 – 900 in a number

In 1985, the meat consumption reached in 100 grams per person per week. In 25 years period , there was a slight increased in meat consumption from 100 grams per person per week to 200 grams person week between 1985 until 2010, on the other hand there was a gradually declined in salt consumption, started less than 500 grams per person per week to 200 grams per person per week at same period.

Meanwhile, there was a fluctuation in fish consumption in period 1985 to 1995 from 600 grams person week in 1985 and reach 700 grams person week by 1990. Although it dropped at 600 grams by 1995, it then gradually surged and reached a peak more than 800 grams per person week by 2010.

In conclusion, fish was the most popular food in China than salt and meat in period years 1985-2010
