The bar graph illustrates the fraction of a different dwellers who utilizes internet in Europe in a 5 year period. It can be clearly seen that both users increased steadily in its usage in between 1999 and 2004.

Let us take a look at the comparison for the city dwellers and country side folks. In the city, in the year 1999 the net surfers got 12%, while in 2000, it consistently inclined to 30%, which shows around almost half of increase in a period of 1 year. In 2001, it rapidly climbed to 40%. Then in 2002 it reaches 50% before arriving at its highest peak of 55%, in 2004.
