Let us take a look at the first graph; Greece got the lowest peak of 1%, followed by France, which was far higher than Greece with 3% more. Belgium achieved 6%, then Italy with 9%. Netherlands shot up to more than 6% than Italy and garnered 15%. Finally, British reached the pinnacle of 24%.
In addition, Italy and Greece followed the same pattern, since both are in the lowest peak. Spain and Portugal got 27 minutes in daily commuting time while France got 4% in trunk roads congestion per day. France and Austria had 31 minutes, while Belgium had 6%.
