Writing task 1 (a letter)
You have recently bought a TV and it arrived damaged. Write a letter to the store manager and say:
- When and what TV did you buy?
- Describe the damage.
- How can the issue be solved in your opinion?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to express dissatisfaction of damaged TV which I had bought from your shop yesterday.

The power button on the television is broken unable to switch on the television Due to this I can switch on TV only with the remote control. In addition, the sound of the television is very poor quality. Background noise awkward to listen while watching the television. Moreover, When I was shown the color of the TV was light green but the delivered product is in dark green color.

I was frustrated since I had paid the full amount for the new television but unable to watch the television. Please replace the television as soon as possible with correct color with excellent quality or else refund my money I would return the television. Hope you will understand the problem caused by the product. I am a regular customer of this shop. So please take action immediately waiting for your immediate response.

Yours faithfully,
Jonn Wilson
