The chart demonstrates the percentage of people’s coffee and tea buying and drinking habits in five Australian cities. Overall, it’s clear that the habits in buying tea, coffee or drinking are differences among 5 cities : Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Hobart, Adelaide.

First of all, the percentage of residents in cities who went to a cafe in the last 4 weeks are all higher than 45%. Melbourne with approximately 65% finishes the first, followed by Sydney and Hobert with both a little over 60%, and Adelaide has the smallest percentage, about 50%. There is a trend that in all 5 cities, the number of people having instant coffee as their choices are all higher than the choice of the fresh one . None of the cities above have more than 55% residents choosing instant coffee, about 50% and 55% residents of Hobart and Adelaide prefer this kind of coffee to other ones, 3 other cities all have less equal or less than 50% people choosing. With fresh coffee, all residents in 5 cities seem not to be interested in fresh coffee, with Sydney finishes the first with nearly 45% people that be keen on fresh coffee in the last 4 week.

In conclusion, we can firmly believe that variety of changes are reported in the survey, it’s shown that each city would have their habit in shopping, specifically in buying tea and coffee
