Three given charts illustrate the contribution of three types of nutrients to daily life, which cause several problems if there is excesstive consumption.
Looking from general perspective, these nutrients were eaten mostly in dinner, whereas breakfast consumed the least.
Regarding to breakfast, Americans ate about 14% sodium with saturated fat and sugar accounted for the same amount at 16% of other nutrients. In lunch, the rate of consumed sodium was the highest, at approximately 30% while fat and sugar made up at 26% and just under one-fifths respectively.
Moving to snacks, 42% of sugar was used by the USA, which dominated the amount of this used in a day. The following was saturated fat, with 21% and 7% lower of soldium involved in snacks. In terms of the last meal of a day, most of sodium was eaten at over 40%, which followed by 37% of fat. Over 20% of sugar added to dinner made up the least.
Interestingly, it is clear that American meals contained the largest amount of sodium in a day.
