The charts below show the results of a survey about what people of different age groups say makes them most happy.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The charts compare the outcomes of a survey about what makes people happy in different age groups. At first glance, we can see that two pie charts have similarities in category distribution by both having Achievement at work as a primary factor that makes them happy and the smallest influence is other factors.
The disparity in Achievement at Work between two age groups is small as they both accounted for about a third in the pie, followed by doing hobbies segments which also have minor difference as they both reached above a fifth. The major differences are the third largest proportions in each chart, which is having good appearance which makes 18 percent of people under the age 30 happy and financial security which comforts precisely a fifth of people over 30.
An additional difference is between travelling which only 15 percent people under the age 30 find it happy and being with family which brings happiness to 14 percent of people over 30. As mentioned , other factors play the smallest role in each chart as only 14 percent in the under 30 segment and even less with 10 percent in the over 30 chart.
