The charts below show the results of a survey conducted by a university library to find out opinions of full-time and part-time students about its services.

The pie charts illustrate Responses of full-time and part-time pupils about services of a university library, namely IT support offered and opening hours.
Overall, both groups of students are strongly satisfied with the current opening hours of the library, while IT support offered was received higher positive ratings from full-time students than part-time students.
To begin, More than a half of full students rated very satisfaction with library’s IT support services, in contrast, that of part-time students was 20%, accounting for the lowest in the total response of part-time pupils. There were 32% and 35% of full-time and part-time students rating “quite satisfaction” for IT support provided. Apart from that, It support services also was received approximately 50% of feedbacks rated “not at all” from part-time students, whereas, it was only 13% for full-time pupils.
Regarding to opening hours, both groups are appreciated with this service, when 67% and 72% of students rating very satisfaction, from full time and part-time students respectively. The responses rated “not good” just accounted for 1% and 0% in total, while that of quite good ratings was over 30%.
