The diagram illustrates the steps to be followed in the making of an flavoured ice cream. Firstly, sugar and cream are to be put inside the mixing tub along with the base ice cream. Following this step is to heat up the mixture to 70-80 Celsius for 15-20 seconds, to kill bacteria inside the raw materials. Mixture is then mixed with chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla. This mixture is then stirred with blades to ensure all the ingredients are mixed well. This mixture is passed through a tube at -10 Celsius to cool the mixture, this is when icecram is formed. Ice cream so formed is now ready to be savoured with the flavours added. This is made ready for the packaging. This ice cream is taken into small container packages which can be filled into a cardboard box and stored or transported to multiple locations according to demand.
