The two given graphs indicated the computer ownership in a specific nation on an interval from 2002 to 2010. Information shown in the former chart represented the possession according to citizenship, whereas the latter one illustrated the relevant datas with each owners’ education level.

At the first glance, we can see that there were an increasing trend in the first paragraph. The number of people who personal PC grew over time. For eight year, the proportion of residents who own computer expand nearly 20 percentages, from over 50% in 2002 to approximately 70% of 2010. The escalation went up gradually, with an average of 5% soared every 2 years.

Moving to the second chart, it was clear that there was no 2002 data enlarged 2010’s proportion, and the possession of personal PC rose in compliance with each’s schooling background. There were an 30% increase in the first 3 groups in the number of people own computer, between 2002 & 2010. Within the same period, the percentage gaps was smaller as in the figure reported for the two remaining group. After 8 years, the datas risen from under and over 70% to approximately 90% , as sequent to bachelors and post-graduators.

From these perspective, we can conclude that from 2002 to 2010, the data of personal computer possesion went up gently. Also, the more educated people are, the more tendency for them to own a computer.
