Despite of some fluctuations, the proportion of visitors to Pier gradually rose to around 21% within 20-year period, which was higher than that of Art Gallery. Pavilion, started with about 24%, sharply climbed to the highest point of the whole graph in 1995 with nearly 48% of visiting tourists. However, it then drastically decreased to nearly 31% the next 15 years but still remained the most attracted destination.

Festival was the most visited attraction in 1980, then it slowly fell to 28% in 1985. By contrast, number of people came to Art Gallery rose tremendously to its highest proportion, about 38%, within the same period. However, in the next 25-year period, both graphs showed the decrease in the proportion of tourist. While slight increase from 1995 to 2010 helped Festival reach 28% of visitors, Art Gallery dropped to 8%, the lowest percentage of tourists despite a small increase in 1995.
