The line graph illustrates the number of car thefts per 1000 vehicles in tree countries of Europe and Canada from 1990 to 1999. Obviously it can be seen the number of car thefts in the UK is far higher than that for other countries with 18 cases in the begging of this time scale.

The quantity of car theft was 18 per 1000 vehicles in the UK in 1990 and it reached a peak of 20 in 1996 after that with steady decrease finished at 17 in 1990, which is a slightly less than what was in 1990 with some fluctuations, Whilst Sweden experienced a significant increase over this period. In 1990 the number of car thefts was 8 per 1000 vehicles. Surprisingly, with an upward tendency it reached 15 in 1999.

On the other hand France and Canada followed a comparatively similar pattern, although France displayed modest fluctuation. In the beginning the graph showed 6 and 7 car theft for France and Canada respectively with almost constant rate they both finished at 6 in 1990.
