The process depicts various stages that are involved in the preparation of chocolate.
Overall, there are ten steps involved in the process which start with a collection of ripe red pods and culminate with manufacturing chocolate.
To start with, the main ingredient used in making chocolates are pods which are grown on cacao trees in various countries such as South America, Africa, and Indonesia. All the collected pods are harvested from which white cocoa beans are produced. In the next step, these beans will be fermented and then dried in the sun before packing into bags.
These large sacks are then shifted into a truck or a lorry to transport these bags into the factory. In the subsequent step, beans will be roasted to approximately 350 degrees temperature and then transferred to a crusher where the outer shell of the beans will be removed. Finally, the leftover portion of the bean is then pressed into a machine that will produce the chocolate.
