Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to make a complaint.

On 1st March 2017 I flew by your airline from Berlin to Los Angeles. With me I had a hand bag that was taken with me on board and a piece of luggage that was hand over to an airport employee. When the aircraft landed in Los Angeles, I learn that the baggage was mistakenly sent to Moscow. I immediately wrote e-mail to the administration of New York airport but their answer claim that workers of your company are responsible for the mistake.

The lost suitcase was made of black leather and had a golden handle with two snake heads carved on it. It is quite a big suitcase and I put in it my new photo camera with two spare lenses, a laptop with a charger, several flesh sticks with important documents from work and some spare clothes such as shirts, a pair of trouser and several ties.

I would prefer that your personnel took this problematic situation very seriously. If it is plausible, perhaps, the security service of your firm may try to track my bag. If there is no advancement till 1th April 2017, your employer should pay a full price of all the lost possessions. Additionally, I deem that there is a need for paying a moral compensation for the troubles your airline has created for me. The amount of money would be discussed if there are no results.

if you need any additional information, please contact me and I will provide you with all needed data.

I am waiting for your prompt response.

Sincerely yours,
Eugene Dubinchuk

Dear Sir,
I have a problem with task 1 due to I do not understand how to write it.
Sometimes I guess correctly, and sometimes not.

The biggest question is the beginning.:

-what should I write about this? "Write to the airline and explain what happened?"
- How to stay within the topic?

Thank you.
