The bar chart below shows the number of students who chose certain university subjects in 2005. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and makes comparisons where relevant.

This graph illustrates that the number of undergraduates who selected eight subjects at university in 2005.

As is observed from the graph, the was collected divided into males and females. Futhermore, the figure of that had sharply differences in subjects.

It is clear that Social Science was the most favourite subject, which was chosen by females at university, with nearly 25 thousands. Language attracted more females than males and stood at the second in subjects on the graph of girl students with about 20 thousands. While the number of males attended this subject was lowest, occupied for just around 3 thousands.The proportion of males who chose Science was twice higher than that of females, at approximated 20 thousands and 10 thousands respectively. 20 thousands was the participation of males in Mathematics, whereas just less than 5 thousands of female prefered it. We can see that the number of males and males in Humantics was the same, accounted for over 10 thousands.
