Essay topics:

A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.
Write a letter to your relative. In your letter:
explain arrangements you have made for them to have keys and get into the house
tell your relative how to get from the train station to your house
say when you will be home and suggest what you could do together that evening

Dear John,

I hope you had a good journey. I knew that you were expected to come in the morning by American airlines and going to stay with me at my house. I will be back to home by 7 pm in the evening.

Firstly, I have planned all the things for you. I have prepared the barbeque and along with that a surprise is waiting for you. you can easily find it in the cabinet. I have hired a permanent maid who will cook meal all three times a day until you are here so that you wont run into any issues in Kitchen. I have placed the keys under the shoe stack rug which you will find beside the door.

Secondly, You can get down at NY airport and take a blue line metro station bound to Manchester Avenue Street. You need to alight from the metro station at the last stop and take a cab and ask him to drop you at the 18th Manchester Avenue Street. From there walk few miles and locate a green building with only one floor; that is the house.

Thirdly, I will be back at the home by the evening 9 pm and may be we can go out together for dining and then a movie

Many Thanks
Faizal
