An item of clothing you purchased but found some issues with it once you returned home. Describe
• what the item was
• what were the issues
• what you expect the store manager to do.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the product I purchased on the 15th of this month from one of your famous local branches.
The product is a three-piece Armani suit which is black in colour except for the shirt which is white in colour. The shirt is of medium-sized and the pant size is thirty-four and the blazer consists of Armani logo on it with yellow coloured thread.
Let me explain my problem in detail. As I was in an emergency I hurried away from your store with having a good look at the item I bought, but when I returned home I found a lot of issues with the suit. Firstly, some joints are not properly stitched and it is in a position of tearing if I wear it more than twice or thrice. Secondly, the colour of the pant is completely different from that of suit which I did not notice due to the lighting effect in your shop.
I would like to request you to change all parts of the clothing I purchased at your store or I can also feel happy if you provide me a complete refund.
Awaiting for your soon response.
Raj
