Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the poor transportation service in Sky Villa where I currently reside. Until recently most of the residents have been satisfied with the quality of service your company had rendered.
These past few weeks have been difficult, as routine tasks like getting the little kids to school has proved very difficult as a result of faulty buses, which one of your company representatives assured will take only three working days to fix. Another problem as a direct consequence of the lack of silo trucks also provided by your company is the strong stench emanating from the garbage heap in the communal waste disposal area of the Estate.
On behalf of the Estate it is only fair that I ask that last week's fees for both garbage removal and school drop-offs be refunded to all affected residents and also that alternative arrangements be made as soon as possible should there be delays beyond this weekend.
