Good day! It is of my great pride and privilege to be chosen as one of the candidates participating in the upcoming " English and Home stay Program". In relation to this, I have just received an email from one of the coordinators of the said program and turned over your details so that I may able to contact you personally.
I cannot hide my excitement once my name was selected for the opportunity to experience your homeland. New Zealand was one country I am planning to visit because of its rich culture and friendly Kiwis. Having been appointed as my host family, I am glad to know more about our arrangements. I would like to ask if there are some house rules you strictly comply with because I am afraid I may not able to follow those. Also, if there are areas of concern regarding the materials I need or need not to bring that will aid in the success of the program.
In addition, I have already booked my flight two days before the commencement of the event so that we could still meddle upon few concerns. I will arrive on the 10th of March at around 3:45 in the afternoon of your local time.
