I am writing to complain about some disturbances, which have been happened by my adjacent neighbors.
They are too noisy, they would like to listen deafening music at midnight, when I am going to sleep. They throw party every weekend night, which may ends at next day morning. I cannot sleep in peace, therefore I feel sleepy at work on the first day of the week. I asked them a number of times to keep the volume down during parties, but they gave me deaf ears.
I would be appreciated, if you could come and talk with them. If they do not alter their demeanor, I will write a complain letter to real state agency and request to take action against them.
