I am writing to inform you that I need to take time off for my summer. I have planned to spend my holiday in Australia. Therefore, I would like time off from my work to enjoy my leisure time with beach and barbeque.
I have a two-week travel plan for my vocation in Australia. I would like to leave on 10 February 2017, that is two week later from today. If I start as planed I will be able to commence my work on 26 February. Thus, my total leave will be 17 days from 10 to 26 February.
During my leave, I believe my work can be easily covered by the other part-time coworker. Since I worked 20 hours per week averagely, each of the colleagues will be allocated 10 hours, which is not an arduous task. Besides, both two personels are familiar with my work.
I am looking forward to enjoying my vocation as planned. If anything else concerns my work, please notify me before my leave.
