How are you doing? I hope this letter finds you doing well. I am writing to tell you that I am afraid I have to quit the writing course you teaching me.
As you are aware of, I have a full-time job during the day in a factory and I also attend your writing class every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening. The job and the course leave just enough free time for myself. However, an accident happened to my close friend and I need to quit the course for this sake.
My close friend Tim is hospitalized because of a car accident. I have to take care of him every night from 7 PM to 6 AM because he has no family in this city. In the daytime, he can ask nurses and other patients for help in his personal matters. Nonetheless, it is inconvenient and difficult to find someone to give a hand after night. Therefore, I have to quit my writing course and take care of him every night.
I will quit my tuition this Saturday. Sorry for my abrupt decision.
