Dear Sir,
Good day! I'am Maria Judith Parayno, and I have an account with you for a few years now. And recently, I received a letter that states I'm being being overdrawn for an amount of $240, and with that you're going to charge my account for $70 that will be taken out automatically on my acct. And I dont want that to happen. I assure that I didnt make any changes or withdraw high amount of money on my bank account. Because my bank account with you is enrolled to time lock, it means that it will only be used after my daughter reached her college year.
And with regards to this, I want your company to investigate this kind of issue and give me a refund for the overdrawn charge. Because since we do have more advanced technologies rightnow and hackers are everywhere, they might already entered your system and my account without us knowing it. So that my account will get the $240 overdrawn charge & not be charge for another $70.
Hopefully this issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
