You have lost your ID card. Write a letter to director of student services.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Manpreet Singh, a student of second year having roll number 11420, who studied Bachelor of Technology in your college, writing this letter to request you to provide me new identification card as I have lost existing one.

Last Friday, when I was travelling back to home from college, I misplaced or lost my identification card somewhere. Since then my life is messed up. On weekend, I was not able visit cinema as there was no more discount being offered without student ID card. In addition to it, I have been paying huge charges to transportation from last two days because subsidiary rates required student ID card, as well as not able to withdraw money from bank without it. Not only this, next month examination are coming and I have to visit Library very often and it is obvious, I would not get any entry there in the absence of my student identification proof.

I would be very grateful to you, if you can reissue new ID card to me. If there are any charges required from my end for new ID card then do let me know, I am ready to pay it.

Looking forward for quick and positive response.

Yours faithfully,
Manpreet Singh
