Dear Alice,
I hope this letter finds you and your family well. I am writing this to share with you my movement to a new house. As you know, we were facing shortage of space in the old house, mainly because the children, who are now grown ups, needed separate rooms for their study. We were not able to fulfill such needs in the old house.
So, I started contacting popular property agents and fortunately with-in 3 months, we got a new ready to move-in house. This is a beautiful spacious house where everybody will get individual room. In addition, there is a guest room, living cum dining room and big kitchen with all modern equipments. Moreover, there are beautiful huge front and backyards where very often we organize our parties.
I will appreciate if you and your family come over for a lunch next holiday. Don’t forget to bring your children since they inevitably will have a wonderful day playing in the yard. I hope to see you all soon.
