I am Donald Trump and was one of the passengers in a bus tour organised by your company on 22 January, 2019. I was in Bus No. 9 travelling from Berlin to Paris. I am writing this letter to complain you about the pathetic service in that trip. The trip was nightmare primarily because of bad behaviour of the bus driver.
In that trip, my friend Mr. Raunak requested for a bottle of water which were complimentary but driver refused to give them. He was a loud mouth, angry man and without any reason, shouted at the fellow passenger. Thereafter, once all the travellers spoke in support of the Raunak, the driver sped the bus and did not even give way for ambulance coming from behiend.
I hope you will impart the necessary training to your staffs and strictly warn them about the consequences if rules are not followed on the road. If you need any other information or clarification, I would provide it to you.
