Dear Philippine Airlines,
I am Dennise Alexandre M. Ariota, writing for my concern about my suitcase that was lost. Until now, I have not heard yet about my suitcase.
My family and I travelled by your airline last week, April 28, 2017, Friday at 6:30 pm with a plane no. AB123 at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport bound to Canada. When we arrived in Canada's airport, we got immediately the suitcase of my mom, dad and brother but sadly, my suitcase is not there. We waited there for an hour, hoping that my suitcase was just late to load in the suitcase counter but unfortunately my suitcase was not yet loaded and another plane arrived. Because of tiredness we just decided to report it to the airline and go home.
I wrote a letter to your airline because it is already one week passed and I have still heard nothing about my suitcase. My suitcase is 200 cm in height and 180 cm in width. It is red and has a hello kitty design in it. Have 4 wheels and it is rotating 360 dresses. My suitcase is full of dresses and shoes for my everyday use.
