Your colleague from a different town is coming next month and you are moving out of your current accommodation. Write a letter to the colleague to recommend they move into your house and say

– Why are you moving to another house?
– Describe your present accommodation.
– Explain why it will suit your colleague.

Dear ABC

I am writing this letter with reference to your letter, which I received yesterday. I am very excited after reading your letter, that you are coming to my town.

You will be happy to know that I have recently purchased a new house, even though I don't want to but my heart changed and bought a new accommodation.

My present accommodation is quite well, especially its facade made up with glass and solar tiles. Apart from that interior is made up with wood and has massive windows that the sun can pour in.

I recommend that you will stay at this accommodation as it is nearest to the office and has every facility available. I know that you are health conscious and people in that area are your neck of the wood. And there are too many options for you to visit the amusement park.

In case if you require any other information do not hesitate to call me at 995111689 at any time. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Sincerely
XYZ
