In developing countries, children in rural communities have less access to education. Some people believe that the problem can be solved by providing more school and teachers, while others believe that problem can be solved by providing computers and Internet access. Discuss both view and give your own opinion.

In developing countries, especially the Third World, children in suburbs have less access to education. In order to alleviate this issue, some educators suggest providing more computer and Internet while others come up with the advice for schools and teachers.
On the one hand, computers and Internet are tools for children to review lessons and explore knowledge. First, by using computers, children can remember lessons with deeper understandings through sound and motion pictures. For example, a student with computer can make presentations and do experiments for his lessons, which leads him to higher level. Second, Internet is unlimited sources of information where children can explore news things that books have not updated yet. For instance, knowledge about economic twenty years ago when books were published maybe too obsolete to follow and adapt in present.
On the other hand, schools and teachers act as an incentive for children’s targets and inspiration. First, since schools and teachers is the environment with human, they can guide children to rights methods whereas computers are simply machines and therefore just do whatever children desire. For example, even if a student already has an accessible computer, it is still hard for him to concentrate on his lessons as children are susceptible to media distractors such as games and videos. Secondly, teachers and friends at schools are conducive to children efforts. For instance, if a lazy boy study at home, he is more likely to goof around in stead of focusing on lessons compared to a child at school surrounded by friends and teachers.
In conclusion, although computers and Internet are powerful devices for studying, schools and teachers appear to be the worth-adhering solution. By providing children with human environment, they will have clearer inspiration and targets for studying.
