Entrepreneurship i.e. owning a business or owning a house is a kind of long term investment. The difference lies in result that each will provide after a certain period of time. Had I been ever given a chance to select between a business and a house, I would go for business instead of a house. In my opinion entrepreneurship is far much better than ownership of a house.
