According to the reading passages, governing boards of sports should not ban using of PEds in sports. These materials can help athletes to achieve greatness and championess. But the listening passage gives some reasons to cast doubt on the reading passage's idea.
as the reading passage climes, using these drugs is one the dangers that aid athletes to have better performances. Although using PEds is associated with the certain dangers for athletes health, but the decision of using or not using them is completely depends on the personal view of the athlete and should not be a governing issue. In the opposite side, the listing passage explains that, every sport have certain rules and always athletes confront with the restrictions that governing boards passé them. The only thing that is personal choice in sports is to participate in them or not.
The second reason for using PEds is that, putting ban rules on the PEDs gives this opportunity to wealthier athletes to be prosperous, because they have more chance to use that drugs which are not detectable. But the listening passage says that, if the sports governors do not ban these things, the wealthier athletes would have this chance to use better and stronger drugs.
Finally the listing passage denies the reading passage's idea about freely using of PEDs.
