The reading states that working in form of group can lead to more advantages than solely and provides three reasons of support. However, the professor in the lecture casts serious doubt on the passage by using a number of points that are contrary to each of the author's reasons.

First, the reading claims that group can provide greater range of knowledge, experience and skills for the project. The professor refutes this point by saying that some members in group tend to free ride. He states that this decision cannot lead a lot intention because recognition will not happen well done in a group.

On the other hand, the article posits that using group can enhance the speed of task and do it quickly by creative solutions. However, the professor describes that it cannot provide any movement for the project. According to the professor as there is less identification in group, so influential will never happen and it take so long for workers to cooperate each other.

Finally, the reading makes it clear that group can gives workers better feeling about importance because they have more chance to shinning in the group. The professor opposes this point by explaining about advises. We also learn that when people move at the opposite direction in the group, they do not consider advises because they know failing in the project will be for all of them not one.
