According to the passage, research of the fossils contains the leg bone of the Tyrannosaurus rex a dinosaur reveals the relics blood vessels, red blood cell and collagen matrix of the dinosaur. The lecturer has doubt about the passage provides the research.
Firstly, the passage states that small branching of a channel, organic material and soft substance in the fossil of the leg bone is evidence of the blood vessel. In contrast, the lecturer mentions that soft bone channel not necessary to say that is blood vessel because of sometimes bacteria colonize in the fossils; Hollow colonization of bacteria structure looks like same as the blood vessel. Bacteria leaves some traces of organic matter and long time staying causes the moist of the resident part.
Secondly, the passage implies that fossil sphere contains red blood cell with irons and sphere had the dark red center which says that sphere contains the red blood cells. However, the speaker explains that in fossil area mostly iron present it is derived from the other animal traces and sphere contains minerals which responsible for the reddish color of a sphere.
Thirdly, the passage emphasizes that the dinosaur leg bone contain the collagen which is the bone tissue of the dinosaur. On the contrary, the lecture points out that 70 million ago the animal fossils impossible to finds the collagen and present the evidence is improbable and contradict that is collagen of the dinosaur. But it may human skin that comes from the researcher who handling the fossils.
