Essay topics:

What are the effects of doing sport on the human's overall health and lifetime?

Recently, the effects of sport on the human's health has sparked an ongoing controversy, which inevitably leads to a moot question "what are the consequences of sports on individual lifetime?". Whereas it is a widely held view that it is highly beneficial, I will discuss controversial aspects of that throughout this essay.

From the health perspective standpoint, individual's health factors are bound up inextricably with healthy life style, which indicates they lead to both physical and mental health. As a well-known example, a longitudinal study conducted by eminent scientists in 2018 demonstrates the relationship between physical activities and different sports as well as an exponential increase in body fit. Their academic criticism was impressive. Consequently, my empirical evidence presented thus far supports the contentions that the likelihood of doing exercise is correlated positively with not only losing weight but also psychological effects.

Within the realm of biology, without the slightest doubt, healthy diet attribute to long lifetime, it that it would come down to less stress, depression, and anxiety. A salient example of such attribution is daily activities, which is a cause for concern since it was mistaken to take leisure time for granted. Had there been a paradigm shift earlier, scholars might have had the opportunity to pinpoint modern social life style problems. Likewise, hardly had they confined their attention to cholesterol level, hormones, and even heart diseases. Hence, it is reasonable to infer the pivotal role of regular sports class.

To conclude, as for myself, as the saying goes "all's well that ends well," after analyzing what elaborated above, I firmly believe that the importance of sports in individual's lifetime is highly significance. However, with the benefit of hindsight, we conceive the more we research, the further we discover.
