Do native English speakers are required to take IELTS or TOEFL if they want to go to other English speaking country?
Born native English speakers doesn't mean that they can score 100/100 in TOEFL and IELTS. Sorry guys :)
I doubt that I could get 100/100 in proficiency test of my own native language... :)
