If you were an employer, which kind of worker would you prefer to hire: an inexperienced worker at a lower salary or an experienced worker at a higher salary? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.

With no doubt experience is something very important in life. Most of the employers consider experienced workers to hire in their firm or office because they think it would be better that not to experiment with new people along with their no skills, no experience at all. They thought it would be a total loss. But, as far as if I were an employer of a company, I would definitely prefer inexperienced worker because I have some solid reasons to feel this way.

First reason, if I am not suppose to give a chance to a new worker in my company so how he would get experience? how he come to know about that specific field of work? He will always be a beginner until he or she get a chance to start learning new things. For instance he has to feed his family or his self as soon as possible. So, for these reason I am in a favor to encourage new comers as much as we can.

Second reason, inexperienced workers are those who recently have done their studies and there fore they have some new strategies to enhance a company with their innovative and creative ideas. Resulting boost up in company and captivating position in market. In addition, that is how an inexperienced worker will get an opportunity to become an experienced one and for the rest of his life he will no more be an inexperienced worker. He will become more competent and trained.

Third reason, freshly hired worker will concentrate more on its duty because he is willing to start a new job at any cost, he will have a goal for acquiring a better designation as well as high salary at any circumstances. Therefore, he will follow all the orders, restrictions and remains quite and calm, down to earth providing good environment in the company because he wanted to learn from beginning to apex of its field eagerly. Further, every tree was a seed before becoming a tree, just like that with the seed of opportunity he will become a tree of experience.

As I have describe above that with no hesitation I would hire an inexperienced one to bring new, creative workers with their tremendous talent to build my company. So every employer should give a chance to new comers and an employer should not forget that one day he or she was also inexperienced with lower salary and now today they are on the apex of their life just because someone gave them a chance to begin.
